Role: Service Technician (Cranes)
Sector: Cranes / Lifting Equipment / Gantry / Hoists
Based: Liverpool / St Helens / Warrington / Widnes / Manchester / Somerset / Avonmouth
Salary: £24,300 Basic

The Company

A world-leading lifting equipment manufacturer serving shipyards, harbours, and manufacturing & process industries. Through growth, my client are looking to strengthen their Service Team and offer an exciting opportunity to join a company who invests in their employees providing development programmes and benefits.

The Role

Providing service solutions and maintenance for all brands of cranes.
Carry out repair, maintenance, & service at customer sites.
Conduct service inspections.
Dealing with service contracts, refurbishment, and modernisation projects.
Carry out installations, testing, and certification of overhead cranes and hoists.

The Person

You will electrically biased.
You must be apprentice-trained or equivalent.
You will be fully conversant with electrical engineering disciplines to HNC or equivalent.
Experience with overhead cranes and hoists or similar lifting equipment is essential.
You will have customer-facing experience.
You must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
You must hold a current driving licence.
