The Precision team enjoyed a recent day out go- karting.
Precision Recruitment’s consultants enjoyed a day out go-karting recently. All the team headed off to Wymeswold to battle it out on the track. The team completed an average of 55 laps. Fourth and fifth places went to Roberta and Natalie while in third place was Scott Lydon Engineering Consultant, second place was Richard Smith, Technical Consultant and the winner was Phil Walker, Recruitment Director. The team celebrated with a meal and drinks at Bistro Pierre.

Leicester based recruitment consultancy, Precision Recruitment, are this week launching a new service to give CVs more impact. The company who specialise in Engineering, Technical and Sales vacancies across Leicestershire are aware that sometime the best candidates are let down by poor CVs that don’t show candidates in the most effective way. As a result they have joined up with Chris Rawlins from Jobscoach to help get the better results for their candidates.

‘We are in touch with over 100 people a week looking for a new job. Some of them have first class CVs that make it clear what they have to offer to potential employer” comments Phil Walker Recruitment Director at Precision. ‘However some CVs don’t really sell their skills and experiences which is why we have teamed up with Jobscoach, to offer jobseekers a service which may be able to help find the right job for them.”

Until recently, the region actually suffered from a shortage of suitable staff and as a result people found it relatively easy to find work in the area. At the same time, employers complained that there were not enough skilled staff to fill positions. Now the economic situation has changed and candidates are facing more challenges in locating he right job for them.
The new CV preparation service will enlist teh help of expert Chris Rawlins from Jobscoach to carefully construct a CV angled to the ideal job teh candidate is searching for.

“People sometimes need guidance in finding work. After all their skills are in the job they do rather than finding work.
