Precision launches its new Outplacement Service to assist local firms.
Precision Recruitment, which is based near De Montfort University in Leicester, has recently been working with local companies through difficult trading times by delivering its new Outplacement Service. Working closely with the employer Precision provides significant support to morale, protection of integrity of the employer brand and support to productivity up to severance.
Phil Walker, Precision’s Director commented:- “There are times when trading conditions dictate that an employer has to adjust the size of its workforce. Typically this is a difficult time for all. When morale can dip and productivity can be adversely affected. This is where we can help with our outplacement service by assisting the workforce and giving them practical guidance to today’s job market.”
Precision who are finalists in the ‘new business’ category in Leicestershire Business Awards, has been working recently with local firms including Terex Pegson, based in Coalville, who have had to lay off some of their workforce. Scott Lydon, Senior Engineering Consultant has assisted the employees by visiting them at their place of work and talking through their options, registering them, giving them career advice and encouragement with regards to their next step in job searching.
