We pride ourselves on attracting quality candidates from the engineering, technical and sales fields. But not everyone is as proactive as you in looking for a new role. That's why we introduced our referral scheme.

If you know someone who has the skills our clients need, tell them to call one of our consultants on 0116 2545411 or email their cv to us at info@precisionrecruitment.co.uk and mention who recommended them.

Alternatively, you could get their permission and send us their contact details on our Recommend A Friend form, which you will find next to every vacancy on the website.

When they have worked for us for more than one month, we'll send you a £50 voucher of your choice* with our thanks.

Or perhaps you know someone in a company who is looking for engineering, sales or technical staff. Get them to contact us and mention the referral scheme and, should we place a permanent employee or if one of our contractors works for them for at least one month, we'll send you a £100 voucher of your choice*.

The more contracts we receive, the more people we can help - and the more vouchers you'll receive.
