Summary:

A national mechanical projects firm had a shortage in labour, for a large installation job at a cements works in the north of England.

Problem:
They had completion dates for the month project and needed to increase the labour from four fitters up to ten, due to wind conditions putting the crane out of operation.

Solution:

We re-allocated resources! Four consultants from the engineering & technical team rang our database of suitable contractors to fill the six positions by the following day!

What’s happening now:

With current projects increasing in value organically we have had four fitters move on to permanent staff and one into a supervisory position running a new installation.

Summary:
Our client, a media company won a big contract with Sony and therefore needed us to assist them in various new positions that had been created as a result of the contract. We successfully filled all the positions in the time scale the client required.


Problem:

Our client had advertised the positions in the past, but found the local media wasn't bringing in the right standard of candidate. Some of the roles were quite technical and it was proving difficult to attract the right people.


Solution:
Our technical consultant took a different approach and after searching our live database of CV's, they advertised the positions on various targeted jobs boards across the internet. They also joined relevant forums related to the roles.

By using these methods our specialist consultant successfully located, interviewed, referenced and placed the candidates in the positions, all within the time scales set out by our client.


What's happening now:
within 3 months one of the candidates proved to be so successful in their role that they were promoted.

An Events Management company who run a highly targeted successful sales force, needed to boost its growth after moving into larger premises.

Problem:

Finding the right calibre of ambitious sales people had proved difficult from local advertising, with a mostly commissioned based pay packet they needed an out side company to sell the opportunity to be able to earn more than £50k a year!

Solution:
