Well, you need at least one years experience working for one recruitment company. Experience gained in engineering and technical temporary staff or commercial / sales recruitment will guarantee you a place at the top of our shortlist.

You’ll manage an established market that has consistently generated significant revenue for the business. With this in mind you must be able to demonstrate excellent key account management skills and have the drive and ambition to further develop both existing and new clients.

Trainee? If you think you have the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates coupled with experience of our sectors then we are open to applicants that want to join the recruitment industry.
